  • All clothing and homewares are made-to-order through Printful, our production partner.

  • Printful handles production, packaging, and shipping directly to customers.

  • Tattoos, digital artworks, and physical artworks are managed by Namiko Shop.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

A. Clothing/Homewares (via Printful):

  • Production: 2–7 business days.

  • Shipping: 3–10 business days (varies by destination).

  • Tracking provided via email once shipped.

B. Digital Artworks:

  • Production begins immediately upon purchase.

  • Delivery (digital file transfer) completed within 7 business days.

  • Each purchase includes one round of amendments.

    • Further amendments will be quoted separately.

C. Physical Artworks:

  • Production begins after deposit payment and specification approval.

  • Delivery timelines vary (communicated during booking).

D. Tattoos:

  • Deposit required to secure booking.

  • Must be completed within 90 days of deposit payment.

3. Shipping Destinations & Costs

  • We ship worldwide (including the EU).

  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout.

  • Customers responsible for customs fees.

4. Delays & Lost Packages

Refund & Returns Policy

1. General Policy

All products are made-to-order; refunds only for defects (exceptions below).

2. Product-Specific Policies

A. Clothing & Homewares (via Printful):

  • Non-refundable unless defective (e.g., print errors).

  • Report defects within 3 days of delivery with photo/video proof.

B. Tattoos:

  • Non-refundable deposit.

  • Forfeited if canceled or not completed within 90 days.

C. Digital Artworks:

  • Non-refundable after delivery.

  • One round of amendments included.

    • Additional amendments charged separately.

D. Physical Artworks:

  • Non-refundable deposit.

  • No changes after work begins.

  • No refunds after delivery.

3. How to Request a Refund (Defects Only)

  1. Email info@namikoshop.com within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Include order number + proof of defect.

4. Exceptions

  • Wrong address/no pickup: No refunds.

  • Change of mind: Not accepted.
